We're only just starting to understand the full health benefits of creatine. Men's Health magazine cited studies focused on general health which showed a minimum of 8g was required, so I increased my dose to 8g. Now there's a growing body of research based on 20g doses, with a particular interest in the cognitive benefits. A blind trial was carried out on two groups, so none new whether they'd taken creatine or a placebo. They were kept awake for an extended period, then put through a cognitive test. Those who'd had the creatine far out performed those who hadn't. So I started taking 20g. What a surprise this has been. I am so much sharper, particularly first thing in the morning. It took about a week to kick in, but the difference is dramatic. Forget body building, creatine has far greater benefits and uses than that!

Das Creatin schmeckt überraschend gut nach Vanille und lässt sich super trinken. Nicht zu süß und kein künstlicher Nachgeschmack. Es löst sich gut auf und ich vertrage es ohne Probleme. Nutze es regelmäßig fürs Training und bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Klare Kaufempfehlung 👍

My doctor recommended me this specific brand, so I assume it must be a good quality. Now I want to mention flavour: I have tried the vanilla and the passion fruit one. The vanilla I absolutely hate, it is a kind of sweet that is way too strong; I had to give it to someone else simply because I could not stand that taste, now the passion fruit I actually enjoy. It is also very sweet, but somehow way easier to take in. One comment people should pay attention is that every flavour has a different portion size, and you can check on the package how many portions you will have (even when all have the same 500gm, some will “last” longer / for more portions).

Das Bulk Creatin Monohydrat mit Passionsfruchtgeschmack ist richtig lecker – besser als jeder tropische Eistee, Pfirsich- oder Zitroneneistee. Es löst sich komplett auf, kein Grieseln, kein Absatz – wirklich perfekt abgestimmt. Die Portionen sind mit 4,4 g gut bemessen, davon 3 g reines Kreatin, genau die Menge, die Sportler pro Portion sinnvoll einnehmen können. Durch die Wassereinlagerung im Muskel merkt man optisch bereits einen Unterschied, was zusätzlich motiviert. Die Wirkung ist spürbar: mehr Wiederholungen beim Krafttraining und sichtbare Ergebnisse schon nach ein bis zwei Wochen.
