They are effective at cleaning up spills and I also use them for dusting. They are thick and soft and they last a long time because using just 1/2 sheet works! I use the Bounty towels for multi-purposes so I purchase the white 2 Triple Rolls pack. I use one Bounty to apply butter to the skillet before frying an egg. I use one on top of my microwavable dry eye hot compress mask to keep the mask clean and so it's not too hot on my eyelids. I use one on top of my gel ice packs before applying to my skin to prevent frostbite.
