great, sealed up my jacket to be water resistant and stain resistant just what I needed.

Great effective product
Ok I was skeptical when I bought this because I thought it was a little pricy however this product hasn’t let me down yet! I have spilled red kool aid a few times on my rug and it repelled the fluid! My dogs have had a few accidents and I’ve been able to clean that up to without it soaking in! Worth the price and an amazing formula and brand!

Controls odors
This product worked well spraying fabric where the dog had an accident. I discovered it also works well for controlling adult four if someone in the household has an inconvenience issue

Broke sprayer!
Not sure how it works yet, but product was delivered with a cracked sprayer. It works but leaks....I will deal with it. Needed ASAP for kitchen bar chairs. Light color.

I bought this product for a rug. I followed all instructions, applied 3 coats. Well something spilled on the carpet and it seeped right through. I cleaned it up and now my carpet has a stain. I don’t recommend a product that doesn’t do what is promised. This is false advertising!!!!!!

Does not work.
Added fabric guard to my new couch and waited 24 hours after following instructions. Test with water and thinking that the water will bead off the fabric but instead it soaked into the couch.
