My cardiologist referred me to this brand. It has a great flavor and blends very well with fruit. Has all vitamins and nutrients you need and helps to restore energy and it seems a little pricey but it is a bargain for feeling good.

The delivery was crazy fast. I was at the Warriors game ordering it and by the time I came home it arrived. Day 1. The powder tastes like backyard dirt; but I’ll wait and see the results after a month. If I notice incredible results within the month, regardless of how expensive this is, I’ll order for the next month and so forth . We’ll see

I am very active hiking and biking 3-4 days a week. I thought this supplement would be a great addition to my diet. After taking for about three weeks I did sleep longer, but was noticably more tired and had less motivation than normal. Within a few days of stopping I feel myself again. I will say flavor was great, but there was one ingredient that didn't mix well and would settle to the bottom. I would not take this again, and am not sure why it effected me the way it did with so many other good reviews.

Love the product. Taste as expected. My only negative comment is for not including a measuring spoon. I’ve never ordered a product that is to be measured and not have that included. Health benefits: Love that I can get all the nutrition I am wanting in a drink rather than taking a handful of pills. It’s definitely more Cost effective.

Feel good, easy to mix and energy levels high

This is my second time I ordered this. 100% there is not a 30 day supply. At most 24 days. So buyer beware. I have blood work coming up to see if any changes with the levels of my previous deficits in vitamin levels.

I will continue buying this product. High quality and worth the price. I did a lot of research and this is the most comprehensive multi I could find. I was able to combine 4 other supplements. Some reviews complain of upset stomach - but I don’t see any ingredients in that would cause a reaction. I have a VERY sensitive stomach and have no issues. Taste is mild — not bad, also no amazing, and don’t expect a magic pill (you do need to eat healthy and workout). I pay for function health and have seen improvement in bio markers.

It tastes like a mixture of vitamins which is what it is. Didn’t notice any improvement in energy
