Does this water contain sodium, or is it sodium free?

We don't add any sodium to our Acqua Panna. It is naturally occurring from the spring sources and contains 6.6 milligrams of sodium per liter or parts per million.

Why can't this water be frozen?The label on the bottle says do not freeze

Hello! We appreciate you reaching out to us at Acqua Panna® with your concern about why you shouldn't freeze our water, especially since it's listed on our label. We recommend not freezing our water to avoid something called supercooling. This is what happens when molecules are lined up in just the right way to start the freezing process. So a bottle of water stored in very cold conditions may transform into slush when it is picked up and the water inside is agitated-even slightly. Even though this may be unappealing, it's a natural occurrence and not a cause for concern.

Why has the flavor of this product changed?? Has there been any change to the source ?

If its the recycled btls the btls have a color tint to them. Are you drinking from the btl? If so its the tint of the btl. They dont advise the btls of the product are recycled.
