Great supplement
Good for reducing inflammation and helping with appetite control. This will give you terrible heartburn if you don’t take it with crackers or a small meal though so be careful when you take it. I did however notice a difference in the amount of inflammation I experienced in my joints and muscles.

Luv it!! It's just a lil over a month since receiving it..I actually break the capsule open & pour it into my tea in the morning. Makes my tea taste like an Atomic Hotball (The old Pennycandy). And I do notice my energy level is up a lil more than it used to be. I don't get the heartburn with it. Price is perfect & I love all the ingredients...good stuff for our bodies,how can you go wrong?! I'll definitely be back for more. Give it a try!!

Caused Heartburn and Hot Flashes
This supplement was just okay for me. I ended up getting heartburn and even some hot flashes after taking it, so I couldn’t keep using it. The ingredients sounded good, but it just didn’t agree with me personally.
