Great but.....burn much?
I AM SURE it's a great product but....boy boy do I get a burning tummy for about an hour after taking it. So, I have stopped it. Not sure what else to do but maybe when I eat a bigger meal it's better? We will see..

Good Stuff!! Try it!!
Luv it!! It's just a lil over a month since receiving it..I actually break the capsule open & pour it into my tea in the morning. Makes my tea taste like an Atomic Hotball (The old Pennycandy). And I do notice my energy level is up a lil more than it used to be. I don't get the heartburn with it. Price is perfect & I love all the ingredients...good stuff for our bodies,how can you go wrong?! I'll definitely be back for more. Give it a try!!

Caused Heartburn and Hot Flashes
This supplement was just okay for me. I ended up getting heartburn and even some hot flashes after taking it, so I couldn’t keep using it. The ingredients sounded good, but it just didn’t agree with me personally.

i really like this stuff. it works. i have a hard time remembering to take it. so now im buying more to do it and record on paper for the next 90 days then if i remember I will edit this. I have also done my research on the ingredients like Berberine because i have never heard of it. if you are not allergic to any of it try it.
