I completely understand used parts can have issues... but when you place an order March 6.... you receive it March 11, then get it installed to find out it won't post. Tried another motherboard, tried different memory, tried different power supply... you get it right.... the company would not just warranty it and send replacement... had to email for support, get d-ck around for 2 days, then they want me to call them and deal with their people who just think all the customers are just stupid and don't know what they are doing... Well... I took the processor to a local computer store and paid them to diagnose the processor... wow!!! I was right.... product bad. Now it's March 30 and finally they agreed to replace and send a replacement... but won't see it until April 8th.... thank God this was only an $18 purchase... I could almost care less about the money at this point, what I do want people to understand here.... I ordered March 6 in hopes of a working product and now it's going to be April 8th before I receive a replacement in hopes it works. The point here is why it takes a month to resolve.... buy from someone else that has a better return policy and customer support. It isn't the processor's fault.... it's the company's fault... they need to make it right.
