Takes time to build but it is really a great piece of furniture, great design. Instructions were clear. It is really heavy so parts came in two different boxes.

Overall, a good mudroom hutch. I had been looking for a few months and I found this one which was a good price, and had overall good reviews. When we received the box, it was in pretty good condition, and no pieces were damaged. The instructions were overall clear and it took my fiancé around three hours to assemble, a few pieces being frustrating, but would be easier with two people. Once it was put together, we noticed a few small nicks/cheap parts in the pieces, but they were minor. Overall it seems pretty sturdy and fit the space we were looking perfectly! I would purchase this item again, and I would recommend purchasing it as it is a good price for the product!

Sturdy, beautiful, love it! Fit is accurate. Shelves on left are fairly narrow but measurements in photos were accurate so I expected that. Great condition out of the box doesn’t seem like a cheap product.

I had this opening that I needed to be blocked. I was a bit hesitant on the purchase, since there were no reviews on this item but it had the perfect measurements that I needed. My husband was able to put it together within 2 hrs, he said the assembly was easy. The product came in earlier than expected which was great! It is really pretty and sturdy. Obviously we will need to add brackets to secure it. You get value for money with this hall tree. I did have to add more adhesive hooks to accommodate my family, 3 main hooks wasn’t enough. All in all, love the shoe divider and the look of this item.

I assemble several of these types of furniture each year- instructions were perfect. Shipped safe, study once built. It’s a step up from the super cheap products. Impressed for the money

If I could review this item with zero stars I would. The item arrived damaged, pieces broken, chips in the “wood”. After one week of extremely light use, the bottom shelf part on top of the drawers is literally falling off. Customer service through both the manufacturer and Amazon have been absolutely horrible and Amazon wants the 300lb item returned with shipping materials I need to purchase. I’ll add photos of the more substantial damage later, I only have these for now.

Great buy! I absolutely love this hall tree and it's a dupe for the one I wanted that was 5k. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the covers for the cam-locks don't match the color of the wood so it makes them stand out. But you can't really tell from a distance only when you're up close. All parts were labeled properly. Directions were easy to understand. Assembly will require two people when connecting top portion to the bottom portion. Approx 2-3hrs to install.

When I ordered this, I took a huge gamble as it was an early access item with very few reviews and very mixed opinions. As for the installation - prepare yourself, because it does take about 3 hours. That said, all of it is relatively easy, it’s just a lot of pieces and sorting through it. Overall, the quality of this is sturdy and beautiful. Some people stated that the back was not secure, but if installed correctly and mounted to the wall as suggested… it’s perfectly fine. The only way I can see it being an issue is if you’re not planning to place it on a wall. The color is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! The stock photo does it no justice honestly. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and my only advice is to give yourself time to put it all together (my husband is a carpenter, the 3hr reviews are accurate).
