So far, this product seems to be working as intended. I've noticed a general increase in positive mood and my workouts have felt more energetic. I train Brazilian jiu jitsu and it seems like I'm able to continue pushing myself past my typical cardio threshold, which would indicate that my overall level of endurance and stamina have already increased in this short amount of time (approx 1 week). Obviously these or any other supplements aren't magic pills. You have to put in the work, no doubt. But they do seem to enhance my personal, day to day efforts in relation to my overall health, wellness, and primarily my fitness. As a plus, I have really been enjoying my workouts again.
