## Description

Philips 36-watt PL-L TUV PL-S Compact Fluorescent Non-Integrated (CFL-ni) lamps are compact UVC (germicidal) lamps used in residential water and air disinfection units. The compact size of the lamp allows for a small system design and design flexibility. TUV PL-L lamps have a protective inside coating that ensures contact UV output over their complete lifetime for maximum security of disinfection and high system efficacy. Thanks to the single-ended lamp base, lamp replacement is easy.

Review: Perfect upgrade for Honeywell RUVLAMP - These bulbs fit directly in the Honeywell RUVLAMP 18w system. The longer 36w bulbs work without issue. These Phillips bulbs did not have any "keying" issues like I've read on other bulb reviews. Just make sure your vent has enough space for the extra few inches of bulb length without hitting the other side. Many owners of the Honeywell RUVLAMP 18w, may not be aware that there is a safety feature in them. Unsnapping the snap base, putting the new bulb in, will not turn on the light! You must physically unplug the cord from the wall, install the light bulb, then plug it back in. I've seen a few reviews where they think these bulbs won't light up. Just a safety feature. I've bought 2 bulbs, and both won't light up, unless you physically unplug the cord first.
