This was a great choice! From a seated position you can change from abduction to adduction. Love the swivel on the knee padded area- makes it easier to move around. I’m 5’2” fits me fine and boyfriend is 5’10 fits him too. Looks and works great!

Assembly was a breeze. The instructions were top tier. Solid construction. Moves smoothly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to add to your home gym.

I purchased to upgrade my equipment from a tension rod to weighted plates. I have been really pleased with this machine. It is very easy to use, stable and effective for hip/thigh strength training. I’m 5’2” and have 50 lbs (2 x25 lb plates). I was able to use my standard weight plate set. I did have to place a back support so my knees/upper legs hit the proper seated position. Although that wasn’t too big of a deal to do. It is very sturdy.

Best machine I’ve bought so far, extremely easy instructions to read absolutely 0 problems putting it together.

This machine is well built. I’m short at 5’3” and it adjusted to my size. This machine provides an excellent workout for glutes. I had an issue when I was putting the machine together. I reached out to customer service and they responded promptly and were very helpful.
