It just takes time to work I’m guessing
I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now. I’ve seen a little bit of improvement maybe I need to be more patient with it , it does make me more hungry than usual I work 5pm -12 am and it really does help with energy a lot it keeps me very focused and moving at work makes my nights go by fast I have also told a few coworkers about this product

So far so good it's been a few days but seeing a change it doesn't leave your skin smelling all funny like most herbs I'll buy it again

Undecided on effectiveness
These pills are easy to take but since I work out, it was hard to say what has increased my hip gains. I tend to think it’s the glute focused exercises I’ve been doing. I only ordered one supply so maybe I just need to continue taking it. 🤷🏾♀️
