I was under stress,due to workload, handling toddler and then studying along for future, my cycle was affected due to the stress, they came late, very painful. Then I took this twice almost everyday for I think 10-15days n got my periods on time and pain was less comparatively,and my periods used to continue till 6-7days but after taking it it last 5days only.
