Great for children and adults. Stop using Q tips, they push the wax further down into your ear and can harm children’s ear canals. This twists the wax right out and honestly feels good to do. This is the most firm silicone brand I’ve found in the ear wax twists, others are too flimsy.

Total junk. Doesn't work for any of the ears in our family. Maybe if you had visible chunks falling out of plugged ears it could help with the excavation! The force needed to grab the wax from well maintained ear canals is uncomfortable to impossible!

Amazing product and painless! Did not make my cerumen impaction worse, in fact it helped clear up the impaction. Very easy to use and plenty of new attachments so you won’t be running out any time soon.

The corkscrew ends are so long it's an uncomfortable situation. I cut off the tip to make it shorter, so it feels better. But I haven't convinced this thing to clean my ears once. Nothing really gets pulled out. And I'm not sticking the metal things in my ears.

Very easy to use ear cleaner. My son is always coming in from playing outside and his ears are just covered in dirt so you can only imagine what the inside of his ears look like. This device is great for cleaning out the inside of his ear canal. Very easy to use and clean

It really doesn't work. Used it a few times and thought it would work better but not so much. The size wasn't a problem like some of the reviews say but it just didn't clean anything out. I used a q-tip after and was surprised how much i got even right after using this tool.
