Not what preparing for your newborn should be like

Really poor workmanship. Having already sent this item back once as only one box was delivered, I’ve tried to put this together today and two bits have been made so badly it won’t go together. Amazon directs you straight to the company for any issues. They wouldn’t help me last time but Amazon collected and I got a refund. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and hope they have some sense to send me replacement poor quality parts. Gutted to be stuck with this item but it’s just too late to go back now. This is not what preparing for your first baby should feel like.
