Used a while with mfc-j885dw and printer says not enough ink or re-install firmly. there appears to be plenty of ink. anyone having this problem?

I have that problem sometimes it will still print sometimes it won’t I stop using that brand

I am using successfully with Brother MFC-J885DW, which is a multi-function machine, i.e., it Faxes, prints, copies and scans.

I live in wa state, my package was in wa on dec. 26th and then in texas on dec 27th and i still do not have it???
