This elastic worked out perfectly for my little grandkids clothing.

I have purchased a lot of this item - our sewing team for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes - we make skirts and shorts for every box! The quality is great and will continue to purchase!

I tried so hard to find real braided elastic- it just has more elasticity than knit elastic and I really prefer it but itโs just not sold much anymore. It must be more expensive to produce(?) For everyone who sews, the stretch is an important piece of information, right? So, hereโs a photo showing that 2โ stretches out to just about 4โ. One stretch recovers nicely but I canโt yet vouch for its long term stability.

This elastic is not very firm. The ends ravel as soon as they are cut so use fray check right away. I does work well but not the best Iโve used.
