Great mixer and better customer service
This mixer is super! Strong, double motors. For this price you can't beat it. My wife loves it as it does everything she wants and needs. My wife bent the beaters by sticking a spoon in it and customer service replied the same day as my email and is sending me new beaters, you can't beat that!!! 1 year later ~ emailed customer service about new blades and they sent us new ones the next day. these guys are GREAT!

Another great "for the price" product!
This is a pretty amazing mixer "for the price." I spent the same amount on this Mixa combo as I did on a Cuisinart hand mixer a couple of years ago that I didn't like nearly as much as I do this one. It is an excellent and light-weight hand mixer, the bowl is good sized and locks into the base, there are plenty of settings, etc. You do need to scrape under the mixing blades and down the sides regularly, to be sure everything is mixed in well. I made a cooked frosting that gets pretty thick near the end of beating and the mixer beat it well for 7 minutes, on less than the highest setting, with no strain at all, even at the end. Nice and lightweight and doesn't take up all of my cabinet space. I gave it four stars for now, as I've only used it twice--but will definitely upgrade to five if it holds up through the holidays!

Powerful and Versatile Mixer for a Great Price!
Great alternative to more expensive brands. Extremely convenient that the handle is removable and can be used as a hand held or stand mixer. I was replacing a hand held mixer but liked this machine's versatility. Powerful and fast. Two speed settings (slow & fast) with multiple settings on each speed. I would have spent the money for a more well known brand but it isn't necessary. This mixer works great for occasional use (2-3x per week). Make sure the bowl is securely attached to the base because it spins while in use. You will need to use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl but I did this with other mixers too. For a less known brand name, I highly recommend this product.

don't buy used
This might be a good mixer but I bought the used one and it was missing parts. Just reordered the brand new one so hopefully it will be worth more stars

it seemed like the best to order
I have been looking at Mixers for awhile. I saw Mixa, for the price and the operations described; it seemed like the best to order. I did order. It is well built. The turning bowl and speeds of the blades/beaters. It helped my first cake that I made thumbs up. The only thing and it might have been my cooking, but it did not help my cake look like the recipes. :-)

You get what you pay for! You might as well pay twice as much because you will be buying another one anyway!
The attachments stopped fitting in the mixer after a few uses. Now the whole thing is useless. It was very noisy and vibrated more than my previous mixer from the beginning so I am guessing that broke something inside. I only used half a dozen times last Christmas. Should have spent more the first time since I'm buying again anyway.

'Mixa'
The 'Mixa' is a great kitchen appliance. I have used it to make chocolate chip cookies and other cookies. It works very well with the harder dough after you have added the chocolate chips. I like the 10 speeds, however, I mostly used the 5 upper speed levels. The bowl is turned on with a separate switch and has two speeds. I have used both speeds and found them helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars only is, that the dough whisks don't reach completely down to the bottom. I guess this is for safety reasons, so that they don't get hung up on the bowl accidentally. This makes them miss a small amount of the ingredients on the bottom that doesn't get mixed into the dough. One has to scrape the bowl really well in between to incorporate all of it. And yes, it is noisy. However, you never let it run for a long time so it does not matter that much.

Bliss!
Now. My specialty is pound cakes. I like to use at least a 350 watt mixer for them, because the batter is so thick. I was intrigued by this because of the idea of the twin motors.( I really think my 1st Sunbeam the Mixmaster 2371 burn out after 2 years because the glass bowl was so heavy in addition to the thick batter.)I thought with the 2 separate motors the strain on it shouldn't be so difficult, even with it only being 325 watts. I loved this thing from the 1st minute of use! I don't have to "push" my mix into the beaters! I just hold the spatula that comes with it, lightly against the bowl and it automatically pushes it into the beaters! Wow, does that save wear and tear on my wrists! It was extremely hot at the end of the mixing! As soon as my cake was in the oven, I got on the computer and ordered another one!! That tells you how much I love it! Now, after creaming my butter and sugar, I turn it off. Then get the rest of my ingredients ready, this gives it time to cool. Don't know how long this will last but I am loving it until then! And I already have my backup ready!!
