TETHYS Glass Screen Protector for iPhone 11 Pro/Xs - Edge to Edge Coverage, Full Protection - Pack of 3

Installation was amazingly easy! Fits great on my iPhone 11 Pro (although the packaging only mentions iPhone X, so don't be alarmed). This is my first time installing a screen protector at home. I used to always get screen protectors installed at one of those random mall kiosks or sketchy phone repair shops because I was afraid I'd botch DIY installation. But I've become tired of paying $15 every time I wanted to replace it. I decided to take the chance with the TETHYs because they are cheap and come with installation tools. Installation Tips // The instructions that come in the box are well-written. The provided wet and dry wipes to clean the screen are crucial. The guidance frame fits quite snugly on the iPhone 11 Pro, but it still works well to evenly line up the glass to your screen. I think the key is to ensure that your placement is correct the first time (so you don't have to reposition the glass after it has already stuck to your phone). Press down starting in the center of the glass, ensuring that there are no air bubbles in the middle, and then work your way outwards. I did have a few air bubbles after laying down the glass, but I was able to push them out with a minute or two of vigorous rubbing (lol) with a credit card. Initial Impressions // I've only had this protector on for a day, but so far so good. Screen protector does not obstruct my case. I'm loving the full-screen coverage, versus the protectors with the notch cutout – this looks a lot more sleek. Touch screen works as normal. The glass over the camera and sensor doesn't seem to noticeably impact front-facing camera quality or Face ID recognition. Face ID may be juuuuuust a tiny bit slower at unlocking than without the protector, but honestly the difference is so small, I can't be sure. Really happy with this purchase!

I keep buying this screen protector for a reason: IT WORKS. I am not the gentlest with my iPhone, but these Tethys protectors have kept the phone like new (I do also have an extra slim silicone case on my phone that is flush with the glass face, but nothing crazy like an Otterbox). I've launched my phone out of my pocket while riding my horse.....and the horse kicked it...Totally fine. It's fallen off my lap, face down onto gravel, while I was getting out of my pickup truck. Despite some direct impact points from landing on the rocks and a few spider cracks, the protector didn't shatter and my phone was 100% like nothing happened. Even when it cracks, it is usually a few dings along the edges or a superthin crack across the face; I don't think I've ever truly shattered this protector. It is a true edge-to-edge screen protector, which I LOVE, with slightly tapered edges that seamlessly blend into the contours of the phone face edges. You barely know it is there. The glass is super smooth with a tactile response that is very similar to the naked phone, only ever so slightly diminished. It is way better than many other screen protectors I've tried and there is no diminished response along the edges. Installation is a breeze, with each box containing a snap-on frame to help with straight alignment. I suggest starting by aligning the screen protector against the top of the frame (near the speaker of your phone), rather than the bottom, so you don't end up with a slight misalignment for the speaker hole. All-in-all, especially for the price and the fact that you get THREE, buy this set.

This is the most well designed product I have ever encountered. I’m a medical device engineer and I’m awestruck by the usability and the packaging design. This comes with foolproof instructions, a bunch of supplies to ensure your screen is pristine before installing the screen protector, and tools to guarantee installation is perfect. The materials are shipped in protective coverings, the labels are beautiful, seriously I’m blown away. And for this price??! It comes with THREE screen protectors of incredible quality that you can’t even tell are on the phone. I’ve never used screen protectors or cases in the past (I think they destroy the esthetics of an iPhone) but with Apple price gauging us in recent years, I figured I needed some sort of safeguard. This perfectly designed screen protector combined with a slim/transparent phone case and people still think, by the looks of it, that I have a naked iPhone - this baby is now drop proof and scratch proof, thanks in large part to the perfect screen protector. My kittens enjoy scratching at my mute button and the end call button while I’m on speakerphone so I’ve had a few well earned scratches over time, but since I love a flawless looking phone and since these are so reasonably priced, I’ve now bought 2 of these 3packs and look forward to purchasing these again in the future. 1000% buy this, no question.

Just installed it, so can't comment on how it reacts to being dropped, but seems great after two iPhone XS installations. A few notes: * It's a bargain to get 3 screens, compared to other providers that just give you one, in case of bubbles or breakage. * Installation was a breeze, as they provide a plastic template that sits on your phone; all you have to do is align the top and make sure you're straight. Then, just drop it in, touch the middle and then press to the edges. * Did two phone installations. The first I pressed at the top of the screen, which gave me a middle bubble. By rubbing this down, I was able to get rid of the bubble, but thought it may come back; however its been fine since. The second I pressed in the middle of the screen and it worked flawlessly (with the exception of one dust spec I missed, which was user error). * Per reading other reviews, I was concerned about the black edge causing loss of screen, but I haven't noticed any limits in visibility. From what I can tell, the black edge simply covers the black edge of the phone. * As one would expect with glass, the touchscreen feels great. Again, we'll see how long they last, but at $8, the price is right. Update 1/27/19 -- Dropped my phone and it fell such that it nicked the edge of the screen, which created a hairline crack in the screen protector. Removed it; phone screen was perfectly fine. It did what it was meant to do -- take the shock from the drop. Installed the extra one from the box in about 2 minutes. Again, remarkably easy to install with the template they provide. Very pleased. Update 3/14/19 -- I guess they give you three screens for a reason. These are certainly thin for tempered glass -- it doesn't take much of a drop on a hard surface to cause a screen fracture. They break instead of the phone, but wish they could take a little more of a beating... will drop 1 star because I've gone through my pack of three in only a few months.

After almost spending $40+ on a screen protector from a big name brand, I'm so glad i went with this Tethys one. LOOK: I've long avoided screen protectors on my iPhone 10 because I didn't like the look of so many where you can see the edge and the cutouts around the sensors. I love that the protector goes edge-to-edge on the screen so that you don't notice it at all. I was a little bit nervous that it would impede the sensors for faceID etc, but all still work as expected. CASE COMPATIBILITY: I was nervous in ordering this, that because of its edge-to-edge nature it might interfere with my case (Spigen Liquid Air), but it fits perfectly EASY INSTALLATION: I was pleasantly surprised that on a case this affordable, every detail was thought of—from the 3-step included screen cleaners to the guide frame to help place the protector in the right spot. I thought for sure I'd burn through all three trying to get it on right, but the first try did the trick. DURABILITY: I've only had it a few days so far, so I can't comment on long-term durability yet, but no nicks or scratches yet and it seems to resist fingerprints a little better than the actual iPhone X screen.

Installation was a cinch if you've ever done any screen protector installs. The kit provides a guard rail that snaps onto your phone and all you have to do is lay the screen protector over it. In my experience it is best to drop the screen protector on from either the very top or bottom and firmly press down while using an opposing force to keep the other side up. Then run pressure down to the opposite end until the screen is completely flat. This allows air bubbles to escape as you're installing it. If you have air bubbles then gently lift the screen protector from the phone closest to the bubble and try to push it out as you lay it flat again. DO not however lift the entire screen protector off. I applied it with no problem on the very first try with minimal air bubbles on the first run through. It only took a couple minutes to get any stubborn air bubbles out. My brother tried to do the same but there was dust that had settled onto his phone screen causing air bubbles. Despite that using a handy dandy sticker you can get it out and reapply. It took me several tries but the glue holds on very well even after removing and placing the screen protector on three times. The quality of the screen protector is very good. I've thrown it in the same pocket as keys and there are no scratches after a month use. The blacked out edge also gets rid of the rainbow effect that you see if viewing the phone from an angle. It also seems to be more edgeless compared to other screen protectors as it's a bit rounded off.

There are so many tempered glass screen protectors out there now, so how do you know which one to choose? After trying several, I can say confidently that it’s pretty hard to tell the difference between most of them except for one factor - price. Obviously there are ones to avoid, and reviews can lead you that direction, but otherwise I would say it is best to get whichever one is least expensive with good reviews - and this one fits that. We’ve come a long way from trying to perfectly align the annoying sticky screen protectors— the plastic guide that comes with this one makes getting it on straight stupid-proof. The only thing to remember is to make sure you clean the iPhone surface well and make perfectly sure there aren’t annoying little dust particles that will make a bubble. I was concerned that the black border on the tempered glass would be visible and look cheap, but actually it blends in with the black phone border and actually helps make the screen more seamless when using the Apple leather case. I’m not entirely sure why they didn’t make it just clear, but I would imagine there is some reason... As far as durability - I can say I’ve already dropped it twice (with a case) and kept it in my pocket with keys all day and it’s still pristine. I use it with the Apple leather case (see picture) and there are no issues with compatibility. Actually, the lifting of the screen due to the screen protector's thickness helps decrease the gap between the surface and the case edge. No pulling up or bubbling. Overall I would definitely buy this screen protector again. I would say to stop agonizing over which well-reviewed screen protector to buy and just go for this one, save some money, and call it a day.

My last screen protector cost $50 because the salesperson convinced me I needed it on my phone. I have kids (who don't use my phone) but my screen protector was broken within the first week (a car landed on it - who knew cars could fly???). It was replaced (very lucky) and then after years of never breaking a screen (ever) I broke the protector when my water bottle pushed against it in my hand bag. I took a chance on these screen protectors this time as I couldn't justify paying so much again. They arrived quickly and were packaged really well. They came with clear instructions, cleaning wipes and a dust sticker (to prepare my phone before putting on the protector) and a guide that clicks on to my phone to make sure the protector is lined up right, first go. I followed the instructions and the screen went on perfectly, first time. No bubbles or marks and lined up perfectly!! Obviously I am yet to see if it will stand up to my kids random flying toys or my own clumsiness, but it really seems very good quality and no different to the expensive one I bought before. My phone screen is also crystal clear and the touch response is perfect, it's like I don't even have anything on there. I am very happy with this product, thank you.

What a surprisingly great item for the price! You get not 1 but 3 screen protectors and they even come with an installation template to make installation accurate and quick (I love those and always insist on buying kits with them). I've had it on for a week now and it has so far help up extremely well. Highly recommended especially for that price!
