This is great quality and works so well with zesting! I switched to this because my previous zester was a little flimsy (a cheap purchase from HomeGoods) and made the zest mushy. This zests citrus really easily and I can do it quickly. Running it under water cleans it in a pinch, and the handle is comfortable while using.

Restaurant quality, fantastic performance

I love this micro grater. It works very well and is sharp, so takes little pressure to grate anything. I really do like it, a lot, and appreciate the cover to protect my fingers when it's floating around the drawer. It is sharp, so watch your fingertips! Can use with any fruit, nut or spice. It grates finely, which is awesome. It's simply perfect and feels good in your hands. I use my regular "dish brush" I keep in the sink to clean under the edges. That seems to work fine and gets it very clean, but you could put in dishwasher also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I like its coarseness with Asiago or Peccorino type cheese. Taking it along in suitcase to Europe next spring. One thing to note, however, the relatively large size produced here refers to WIDTH—these are still kinda thin shavings.

Not the best But works good for what it does. Wish they were easier to clean.
