Fixed my "Unable to find any WiFi networks" problem for $10.00!!
I used this to fix a problem with Windows returned a "Unable to find any local WiFi Networks". It worked perfectly, just set Adapter 1 to off and the new Adapter 2 to on, and away you go, problem fixed for $10.00!!

The "driver free" is a bit of a joke.
It comes with a mini cd that says "install this driver first". But, it worked fine & is actually a little better for range than the failed N300 one I replaced. (The old one failed, a different chip) I guess they meant they wouldnt charge extra for the driver when it says "driver free". I got to knock it down a star because of the joke of "driver free" when it comes with a CD that says "install this first".

Works good for the price
I added to a laptop that Wi-Fi adapter has issues. Connected and installed automatically. No software to install with Windows 11. Connected to Wi-Fi real quick. Haven’t tried Bluetooth yet.

Cheap.
Had it for a month and it worked great, the cheap plastic casing was sharp on the edges and scraped me a few times then a few days ago the casing popped open after I took it out of my bag. Now it’s not working.

Very quick in short range for it's size. It's compatible...
Speed: Wifi is pretty snappy. I got it for bluetooth on my linux machine but it was a bonus to include wi-fi. driver compatibility: drives were preloaded I just typed in a couple cmds in the terminal but I'm not sure if that's necessary. functionality: I'm running both bluetooth & wi-fi now. Although keep in mind my modem is fairly close to the computer. About 6' Wifi signal is pretty high. around 75-80% The modem even has a couple obstacles & it's plugged into the back of the machine for now. When I can, I will try the front once I get the front USB ports to work. I'm happy with my purchase. For the 8 bucks I paid I wouldn't mind getting another one if I needed it or if this one broke.

Believe this device, it does what’s advertised
I am so glad that I bought this dongle. It was a surprise that it also has Bluetooth to connect to at the same time. Plug and play, love it.
