Valid product regardless of price. You can always wait for sale!
The price fluctuates. However, overall, I think value of this product is valid. Here's what I do.... I wait for the price to change to my desired price. Then I make my purchase. Also, sometimes I just buy it because I want the cookies and not in the mood to make homemade.

I love the flavor of these cookies and when I don't want to make chocolate chip cookies these are great.

Easy to prepare. Package makes it easier to roll out, or cut into larger portions. Taste is still terrific.
