HIGHLY RECOMMEND - ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!! Timekettle NAILED IT> Forget all of those other translator earbuds. These translate TRUE Bidirectional translation simultaneously!! I purchased both the W4 PRO and the WT2 EDGE and I didn't even open the WT2 Edge so I can't say how they work but I did purchase the WT2 version last year and they didn't do anything even close to these. They are a bit pricey BUT WOW - so worth it. The Offline version also works well - note not as good as being connected to a high speed WiFi or Cellular connection but the Offline will get you through if you have no signal or internet available. I am So Impressed with these that I IMMEDIATELY wanted to leave a review of how well these work. All that talk of those cheap TikTok shop versions are a joke and these are the REAL DEAL!!! Have no fear take the plunge these are worth the extra money!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!

Does not work as expected, the AI is very slow picking up language to translate.. makes a lot of assumptions for words that are not being spoken, does not do well in two way conversations.

I recently purchased the Timekettle W4 Pro, and it has been an incredible help in my daily life and travels. During my recent trip to Latin America, it worked seamlessly for conversations, helping me communicate with locals with much more confidence. I also use it for phone calls and even while attending lectures — the instant translation makes a huge difference. One of the most impressive features is the smooth offline translation. However, at the moment, Korean is only supported with English and Chinese. I really hope that Timekettle will add more offline language pairs with Korean soon, as this would make the device even more powerful for Korean users. Overall, this translator has exceeded my expectations. It’s reliable, accurate, and practical — a must-have for travelers, students, and anyone needing real-time translation. Highly recommended!

Nice box, everything looks premium — and that’s where the positives end. If you’re in a quiet apartment, the translation is decent. But outside or in a café, the translation is poor: many words are skipped or not translated at all. The delay is about 2 to 5 seconds. If you watch a video, the delay goes up to 5 seconds, so video conferences will have the same delay. When you’re in a car and the phone is on the dashboard, and someone talks to you through the window, the phone catches only some words. You’re not going to push your phone closer to a police officer or someone else — that would be awkward. The earbud presses on the ear, and after wearing it for more than an hour, the top of the ear starts to hurt. It didn’t work for me.

Updated: The first pair of these I received had a problem charging. I would leave them plugged in to charge, and the next day when I want to use them, they are at 0% battery life. If I unplug them and plug them back in they will charge. But if I left them plugged in to charge, somehow they ran out of battery. Initially, getting Timekettle to help me did not go smoothly, but they did respond and tried to be helpful. Eventually they sent me a replacement set. The charging issue is now fixed. And I have to say that their support has been very attentive and helpful. I am much more impressed than I was initially with how helpful they have been. The translation is also slower than they say it should be, especially on video calls and media translations. They are also not very easy to put on, and always feel like they are going to fall off. The volume level on them is still not good, they need to be much louder unless you are in a quiet location. If there is any environmental noise, it is hard to always hear what is being said. For the amount they cost, they should be as loud as I need, and fit better. The part that is nicest about them is you can have a phone or video call with someone and these will interpret for both you and the other person. There is a lag time on video, but it is better than constantly spending time just trying to figure out what's being said. When they work, they usually translate pretty well. The multimedia translation works, but it doesnt always pick up what is being said. They work pretty well with video and phone calls. And really, they are the only game in town for earbud translators to work while you are on a video call or an audio call. I will update this after I have a chance to use them one on one.

I received the headset and used it; it was exactly as I expected and it's excellent. I recommend buying this headset; it's comfortable, effective, and translates almost all languages ​​instantly. I think I tried two languages, English and Mexican Spanish, and they were fantastic. I highly recommend this headset to anyone who needs an instant translator.

Bought it as a gift to my mom. She LOVES it! We helped her install the app and explained once how to use it. She is 71 and has no issue using the app or the headphones! She speaks Russian and no has to problem in communicating to English speaking people. She uses it as every day tool and very happy about the quality of translation.

I purchased this product specifically for use in business meetings. Dialog capture was poor, maybe 25-30% of the discussion. Perhaps this may have been due to proximity of speakers being 10 feet away. But even with that, the latency lag was 5-10 seconds, nowhere near the 0.5 seconds claimed by manufacturer. Accuracy was also poor, maybe 50%. I returned this item and will use Google Translate until a better technology comes along.

سعر السماعه غالي جدا جدا مقارنة بميزاتها، اللغات بدون اتصال محدودة والعربية ليست ضمنها، بقية الترجمات تتطلب انترنت والترجمة بطيئة ومتأخرة، ولا يتوفر ميزات مقارنة بانواع اخرى ارخص منها بكثير، الصوت مرتفع جدا حتى لو كان مستواه في الجوال منخفض، التطبيق لا يوفر عناصر تحكم جيدة وشاملة للسماعة ولا يفتح على الاندرويد اذا كانت لغة الجهاز العربية ويتطلب ذلك تحويل الجهاز الى الانجليزية ثم فتح التطبيق والدخول لحسابك على التطبيق وتستطيع اعادة الجهاز للعربية، لا انصح بشراؤه، والانواع الاخرى من السماعات التي قد تكون قيمتها ١٠٠ ريال افضل من هذه السماعة بكثير، ولا ادري كيف تسمح امازون ببيع هذا المنتج بهذا السعر المبالغ فيه على منصتها.

راح اقيمة للإخوان العرب ١- اللغة العربية عير مدعومه بترجمة المكالمات ٢-اللغة العربية غير مدعوم الا بالإتصال بالإنترنت اي اذا انقطع الإتصال راح تفقد الترجمه ٣- ترجمة مقاطع الفديو بطيئة جدا ٤- الترجمة الفورية يجب أن تتكلم بالفصحى فكل اللهجات العربية الموجوده عبارة عن تسويق وهمي لا تعمل الا الفصحى ٥- بطيئة يجب أن تتكلم كانك ريبوت وتنتظر قليلا حتى تصل الرساله الى الطرف الأخر تقيمي لها لا تستحق الشراء بهذا السعر عملة الان استرداد لها

Era prometedor. Demasiado delay en la traducción, las palabras no coinciden cuando lo uso con nativos. Hay que pagar una suscripción para llamadas ( que no traduce correctamente) Una pérdida de dinero grande. No lo recomiendo.
