This product performed as I wished. I was disappointed in a previous purchase, from a different provider, as it did not have sufficient tension. At 81 years old, with the age related fall in hormone levels and consequent decease in a once upon a time intense sense of erotic excitement, it is nice to be able to induce a good firm erection when we want it to happen, and have it last as long as my lady wishes to entertain my body in hers. The previous ring lasted about three years, as I lubricate the mounting cone and cylinder of the vacuum pump with water soluble KY jelly prior to slipping the ring over the cylinder.

Good quality and size BUT THE HOLE IS TO SMALL. If it was a little larger hole it would be easier to remove and be more comfortable.

too small .i did not know the inside was this small. should have different sizes. how is a man to know what size. Yup/ however i do like the fact that i could get it off without pulling hair out..
