Really good but so expensive
I always buy these when they are on sale because they taste good and are great if you feel too nauseous to eat but need protein, especially if you eat a plant-based diet. The go down well, don't make you feel bloated or stomache. The price is probably reasonable because everything is expensive now, and the ingredients and quality are solid overall, but it's just kind of painful spending five dollars on such a small drink. If you can afford it, I would definitely recommend them. All the flavors are good. I would drink them for two meals a day if I could afford it, but as it stands now I save them to drink when I can't eat anything else and just need some nutrients.

Delicious protein drink
I find the Koia protein drinks very good (except the Matcha Tea flavor). I'm not a vegan but have mild lactose intolerance. These are one of the few protein drinks that tastes good and doesn't upset my stomach. It's not an overpowering chocolate but delicious. Just a note that they have to stay refrigerated and they are much better throughly shaken.

My go-to meal replacement
Love knowing that I'm getting proper protein quantities while simultaneously feeling properly full after drinking one of these. My perhaps dangerously addictive strategy is to always have a few of these on hand for those days I'm super on-the-go. And for a chocolate lover, the cacao bean flavor is chef's kiss. If I'm feeling extra fancy, I'll also pop one in the freezer for a bit to create more of a milkshake texture.

Delicious. A little expensive compared to Nestle Quick or Yahoo but worth it.

Ready to drink protein drink
Not bad, I've tasted better protein drinks but it was pure, nutrition, high in protein, texture was good and convenient. I will buy this again
