Very nice pulley system to help regain shoulder flexibility!
A shoulder pulley system was recommended by my physical therapist to help me recover from rotator cuff surgery - it assists in passive arm raises, which is needed during the initial therapy sessions. This product was the right price, well made, and is very easy to use. The strap allows it to be secured to the top of a door very easily, and the pulley rolls smoothly. The handles work well, and the length of the cord can be easily adjusted to your personal needs.

Great for sit down exercises
This is a great product for an older adult to get some range of motion exercise. Bought it for my dad who recently had a stroke and he can use it while sitting in his wheelchair.
