They withstand baths, swimming, heat and humidity, sweating, etc. Occasionally, I have to replace one before the 10 days are over but that could be due to me not giving it 12+ hours after placing it before submerging in water or being in a humid climate. These patches stay on for the 10 days I need them. This is the 3rd cover I have tried....... So far it is working.... ..... a bit diffficult bo get it flat on the arm without pinching or bubbles. I guess I will need a learning curve. I have found that the adhesive is difficult to release the paper covering.. Maybe mfg. should put a tab on each corner.
