Tore a calf muscle and found these to be really helpful along with RICE treatment. Usually wore during the day and remove at night (with leg elevated). Would definitely recommend!

Although the size was marked XL it was so small it would not fit a 10 year old. I take a size 10 shoe but I could not even get it over my ankle. When I tried to gvet a refund the seller was evasive and I have still not received a refund.
