Perfect underwear for any man. Smooth fabric. Smooth seams. Wicks moisture away. Excellent durability with frequent washing. Excellent "hold" for your bits. Waist rides low enough to wear your shorts or jeans wherever you wish without showing off your underwear (sorry ladies, no free show). Love these and will buy more!!

Excellent material and fits true to size as long as you follow their sizing guide. I am a 34" waist and typically wear medium in most brands using the 32-24" range as medium. Note, this company uses 31-33" Medium and 34-36" Large so you may need to go up a size from other brands. The pouch idea actually works, just be honest with yourself about the needed size and you will find excellent support and no more "stickage" issues.

If you do anything like running, hiking, yoga, or anything where you are wearing any kind of compression pants or shorts, you will want to buy these! I have purchased some of the compression pants to start, and I have eventually replaced all of my underwear exclusively to the Real Men brand. The amount of comfort and support that these have to offer is rather spectacular if I'm honest. Possibly the best analogy that I could make for these things is that I would say they are the male version of what a Sports Bra is for women. They keep everything where it needs to be. No smashing, or feeling of being uncomfortable due to normal compression pants. Also, pouch size does matter. I am about average endowment, and I have ordered one of each pouch size to find out which fits best. A = Too small, though it does offer some room. B = Perfect size for the shorts C = Perfect size for the compression pants D = Too big, though they still keep everything where it needs to be I have tried to order some of the B pouch for the compression pants, and for whatever reason, they just don't stay in place like the shorts do, so I have upgraded to the C pouch. Final note is, I have also purchased a pack of shorts with the "red" shorts, but they look pink in person. Color does not bother me though as they still function and feel the same. It is almost a shame that they don't offer that color in the compression pants, because I would still wear those just so I have more color variety than just black, gray, and blue. I absolutely love the look and feel of this underwear. It honestly feels like I have nothing on at all, yet it still manages to keep everything securely in place. I’ve found them to be especially helpful during high-movement activities like working out, running, and riding my bike—the support is fantastic. Visually, they are great too; they definitely provide an enhanced look (makes everything look bigger). The only downside for me is the price point. They are expensive, but given the performance and comfort, they are almost worth every penny.

I love mine! I am buying more! They are very cool and comfortable, flopping, no pinching or binding they feel smooth and soft. The access opening is on the top and I find that is much nicer then the standard tightly-Whiteys, with the side access.

I often struggle with chaffing - not anymore! I've worked out in these, worn them every day and even wore them in theme parks for a whole week clocking in over 30,000 steps each day in pretty good heat. No chaffing or irritation at all! They are super comfortable, breathable, are very versatile, fit well in the waist and in the pouch. And they make what's in the pouch feel much more comfortable, and look good too.!

I would only give them 2.5 stars if possible, because they are 50/50. Very comfortable, feels great on the rod and bobbers but as soon as you bend over or set down they slid off da butt! I dont have a flat butt nor a big butt, the wife says "its a great little butt, perfect hand full" and yet these things just won't stay up other than walking or laying down on you back..... dont sleep on your side and bring your knees up, 50/50 chance you get a giggle and a finger in da butt!!
