It’s been a reliable product for 27 years. The water filters came a day early in perfect condition. The instructions are easy to follow and there is also a video on YouTube. Be sure to let the water filter run the recommended amount of time before using.I usually replace my aqua pure under counter filter at the same time I change my filter for water in the refrigerator. Of course it is a different brand but shutting all the water off makes it convenient. By the way, may husband doesn’t change the filters, I do. I recommend them with years of confidence.

My kids ask why everyone else's water taste so bad. They don't like using water fountains because our water taste better than even bottled water without the plastic waste or cost. Love this filtering system. It's been 10 years and the cost has almost doubled, but overall, still cheaper than bottled.

Working well.

Have used this filter for many years. We live in a rural area and get water from a well so want a carbon filter for drinking and cooking water. We haven't had the water lab tested, but don't notice any taste or odor. This filter lasts about 18 months for our 2-person household. Expensive, minus one star.

It works well, the water is clear and doesn’t have any bad taste. The hard part is changing them. Getting the second one out is almost impossible. But I have my husband work on it for a while and it comes out. Putting in the new ones is easy.

I’ve been using these filters for years in a system installed under my kitchen sink. They last a long time ( not many people using it). My only complaint is replacing the cartridges is a little difficult, probably because it is so tight under the sink ( but that’s where they are made for, right? And every time it’s time to reorder I have to search the Internet for the lowest price. There can be a $20-30 difference. So I check Amazon, the Aqua pure website and a few other water filter sites as well. I’m sure there are better systems out there now but this one looks good according to the documentation they provide and tatstes good

These are superior filter systems! Ours are installed at the kitchen sink and only used for drinking and cooking, so one set of filters lasts about two years before the built-in meters indicate change required! And when you do change them, it is indeed a snap. The filter cartridges snap into position with no leaks, no mess. The only slight inconvenience is having to run about 5 gallons through them after installation and prior to drinking, which, I suppose, is to clear the elements of impurities and detritus. The best indicator is to run water until a glassful is clear and free of tiny bubbles. Also, the new replacement cartridges include a conveniently-mountable battery powered timer card which will remind you when it's time to replace them. Nifty! I'll buy again.

We have been using this filtering system for about 3 years now. The last time we purchased these replacement filters they came with a beeper timing system that magnetically stuck to our fridge and reminded us when we should replace the filters. The last time I bought these there was no timer. Not sure why. Old stock? The filter system itself is excellent. The filters are pricey but last a long time......2 people in our house and they last about a year.
