This is awesome. The rear wiper arm on my Nissan Kicks was stuck like it would never come off, but it popped off in literally one second. I couldn’t believe it. I'm glad I got the 2 pack of tools becaue I needed the larger tool to remove my wiper arm. For some reason, the smaller one would not fit on the stem. The tool was easy to use. Just use the tapered adjustment to snugthe tool onto the stem, then start turning the top. Eventhough it feels like it should come off easily, just keep turning. Eventually, you will hear a satisfying pop and the arm comes off with ease! Materials and build quality are very good. The larger tool is quite hefty and should last many years. These are a bargain and great to keep in your garage tool box.

Pretty heavy duty works great adjustable 2 different ways and works amazing if it gets tight and u can’t turn it anymore just let it sit for a min or 2 and then you’ll see it pulled it all the way off by itself would purchase again good price too

I purchased this puller set specifically to remove the wiper arms from a BMW 7 Series. I was disappointed when I opened the package because one of the tools had obvious rust on the threaded shaft and appeared to have been previously used and returned. I don't know whether Amazon or the seller put a returned item back into circulation, but I wasn't expecting a supposedly new tool to arrive in this condition. That said, the tool itself worked perfectly for what I needed it to do. It took a little maneuvering to get it positioned correctly on the wiper arm, but once in place it pulled the arm free without putting stress on the surrounding components—or, more importantly, the windshield. It allowed me to complete the job easily and safely. For the price, I think this is a very good value and it did exactly what I bought it to do. My only concern is the existing rust and whether it will continue to deteriorate while the tool is stored and affect its usefulness the next time I need it. Overall, I'm happy with the tool's performance. I just wish the item I received had actually arrived in new condition.
