The original brace has Velcro straps that offers significant adjustment options, and the "updated" version, that has different straps with a more limited adjustment range. Initially I received the "updated" version and it was too small for me. The company was VERY responsive and immediately sent me out a free replacement -- the one with the Velcro straps. That one works better for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good customer service *by M***A on August 18, 2018* I got this to correct my posture and help alleviate pain in my upper neck and cervical spine. The back cross-strap is just the right height on my back and the Velcro straps are easy to adjust and not too uncomfortable. The company was very good about sending a replacement for the first one I ordered which was too tight. They even got back in touch to make sure it was working out for me.
