Have used the grill on the charcoal side a couple times now and works as expected. I had no real issues with assembly. Others comments pointed out things to watch for. I did over look one assembly instruction but caught it and corrected it. Bottom line read the instructions. As a guy that's sometimes hard to do but it may save you some time.

Great product. I'm just an ordinary guy who likes to grill/smoke on the weekends. Delivered in perfect shape with no dents/dings. My son opened the box a couple days before I got home and somehow lost the instruction manual. Luckily the internet has videos on everything these days. Downloaded a video on how to put together and my son and I assembled in less than 2 hours. No issues at all. Used the smoker and grill the same day. If you cook for a ton of people, the cooking areas may be a bit small, but we are a small family.

Great barbecue. 3 in 1. It gives you the advantage of preparing the meats in different ways. A little tedious to assemble it. The pieces are missing an identification. What you take in the ensemble. But I am satisfied with the product. In. Unto the quality of the material is not 5 Star. But it looks pretty good

Purchased this grill as a raffle prize for our fire department, and it was a major letdown. The metal is extremely thin and feels cheaply made. The instructions were hard to read and made assembly more frustrating than it should’ve been. Once assembled, the smoker attachment became the biggest issue. You can’t move the grill without the smoker feeling like it’s about to break off. The connection points are weak, and the whole unit feels unstable. On top of that, the grill does not look like the picture in the listing. The photos make it appear sturdier and higher quality than what actually arrived. Bottom Line Cheap materials, poor instructions, unstable smoker, and misleading photos. Not something I’d feel confident giving away, much less using.

Absolutely wonderful! Purchased as a gift and they have used it many times. Great combination option for grilling and smoker. The item came with a ding on one part, so we notified seller and it was replaced right away. Great Services! Great Seller!

I love this grill, but the assembly directions were not clear. I have put together a number of grills, but this one took way too long to put together because we had to work so hard at understanding the directions. The pictures are not clear, and the parts are not labeled as clearly as they could be. We are NOT "do-it-yourself" kind of people. The grill does do what it is supposed to do, but I hope I never have to order one and put it together again.
