The camera and monitor works perfectly and was simple to set up. Everything has been reliable and exactly as expected. What really stood out was the spectacular customer service, quick, responsive, and very supportive throughout. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this product.

Better than any camera they sell in Target for half the price. Night vision is good. Has room humidity, motion tracker, and cry detection. Can use on your phone and hand held last longer than my old V-tech camera and hasn’t over heated.

This baby monitor is a great deal! The images are sharp. The setup is easy. Now, my babies are of the four-legged variety ... guinea pigs.Suggestion - fully charge the battery in the monitor before using it.Once the monitor was charged, the camera connected right to it. The camera controls are very intuitive. Then I installed the app on my Android phone. Again, setup was a breeze. Both ethe monitor and the app gave me full control over the cameras functions. I recorded from the app right to my phone (although there is an option to upload to a cloud service). The camera gets hot when it's plugged in and there is no shut off switch for it when it's on. I had to return it. Customer service is great. They contacted me about this issue and made it right.

Monitor and camera do the job efficiently and without much "fuss". Screen quality is good, and I appreciate that it charges over USB-C instead of a proprietary charger and cord.

Camera is awesome, great features and easy to use with good night vision. The monitor is useless as loses connection regularly and no labels on buttons on the monitor. Decent for the price.
