One of our departments placed orders with two different companies for two very similar filing cabinets. They were delivered a week apart and were being set up today when it was discovered one of the cabinets was damaged. I asked the staff person in charge for the paperwork so I could begin the return/replace process and they handed me the paperwork for this cabinet. Within 10 minutes of requesting a return thru Amazon, the seller was on the telephone with me, attempting to make things right. The very first thing he said to me was that another filing cabinet would be on the way by next Tuesday, and that there would be no charge to us. About an hour later he realized that the cabinet that needed to be returned was not theirs and he wasn't even mad about it.Great customer service, and a great product.
