Review: Great balanced rub, for anything really. - Good rub, good quantity, decently spicy, without a burn. I use this on pork ribs. I use it on Tbone steaks, I use it on Deviled eggs. It's a soild, KC / Texas rub. Sweet, but not overly, you can smell, and taste the chili pepper, but again not over powering. It has salt, but you don't really taste it. This is just a very good balanced rub.
