GLP-1 User Loves Hydration Support
I love these electrolytes and have them auto-shipped to me every month. They work well in providing a hydration boost for me, as I am taking a GLP-1 medication and I often fight dehydration even drinking 120 oz of water a day. I usually use between 1/2 a packet to a full packet depending on hydration needs. I love the Variety pack! I always keep a few in my purse.

Fantastic flavor!
Fantastic flavor! I've had to start watching my sugar intake & I'm not a fan of the substitutes so I specifically wanted to try these. They're so good, I've had to start hiding some from my husband so I actually get some!

I love these electrolyte packets. Great taste, no sugar or calories and very affordable compared to other brands. I buy these regularly.

Great value taste, kinda iffy
The fact that it has low sodium being that I have high blood pressure is a plus hydration wise. It’s great another positive. It mixes very well. My biggest problem with it is the taste really the strawberry and the peach is the only one that I remotely liked. If they were sold in single flavor bulk packs I would definitely buy again. I’ll give it a 3.6 because it did meet my hydration requirements and it is a great value.

The Taste and Benefit
This is a great product that has been really helpful for me, especially when I start feeling lightheaded. It doesn’t have a chalky texture, and the taste is mild and not overwhelming, which makes it easy to use regularly. Try it

More energy. Use once a day in the morning when I feel most dehydrated. The watermelon flavor is crap though.
