Windows 11 pro not supported by Microsoft
I purchased this computer from Amazon and when I received it I set it up and spent several hours loading software programs on it only to find out that the operating system was out dated and Microsoft would no longer support the version on the computer. I was given the option of downloading a supported version but I don't usually buy something and then have to repair it. Since I had to go through the setup procedure it would have been good to have a heads-up ahead of time that a newer OS version may be available so I could have installed it before doing anything else. Best case scenario would have the computer to automatically check and install the latest version of the OS. I returned the computer to Amazon. In addition to the OS problem I tried to add a SATA drive but it would not fit even though they supplied and adapter cable and a couple of screws. The screw holes on the adapter didn't match anything and the memory cards were in the way of installing the drive. I think I would have been happy with the computer if I didn't have the OS problem.

Experienced both garbage computers
Don't buy. I purchased two of the computers and had the same problems with both. I couldn't get into Windows Settings after I shut down both computers. Called Amazon and Cyber Geek tech support with no help from either. Finally decided to mail the computers back, via UPS, to send back to Amazon, and get my money back for both purchases. Both Companies were a big headache getting help or support. I even contacted Microsoft to get tech support. Next time I'll purchase a name brand computer, which I had done before with Amazon. It works very well, and I satisfied with its performance.
