I have some tummy issues with mushrooms sometimes. I have major issues with truffles and morels if I eat too much. These kinda gave me a bit of stomach discomfort for the first few days, but it appears to be getting better.I decided to give a mushroom supplement a try since The first night was a bit rough and I was considering not taking them again. I woke up the next day with an absurd amount of energy. I felt amazing and well rested.I don't know how to fully explain it, but I just feel better. Either these work or I am fully enthralled by the placebo effect. I'm going to purchase another bottle and test them on friends and family. If these really are the cause of my energy spike, I'm a buyer for life.UPDATE: Well, I stopped taking them for a month and I definitely noticed a difference. My brain fog was back. I'm back to taking them daily. 4 days in and I feel better and have more mental clarity. Again, your results may vary, but these really do work for me!

This is a great product. I have been taking this product over a week and can definitely in my energy level I am focused more and just feeling like myselfAgain.

I liked this product. My energy level went up and my focus came back. I even began to remember stuff that I had begun to forget in my short term memory. I was really worrying about what was happening to me, but now my brain is getting out of the fog it has been in.

I've tried reishi/shiitake and seen positive results. Now got top mushrooms and more, as if I feel alive. Like there's a hint of energy thriving. I don't always take twice a day except if notion hit me. Not as old as I use be but I'm not trying get any older. Have physical demand job and run circles around young bucks. Also like eat Goji berries, another great health benefit for centuries old. Over 2000 yrs use!

I take it in the morning for brain power, and I take it before bed for digestion. Excellent results, gets rid of my bloating and keeps my mind sharp.Update: I have tried other mushroom supplements; this is still the best one.

Returned. Can't take with blood thinners. 🤨

No have not noticed anything different in the way I feel, everything is feeling the same as before.
