Very efficient a good little machine. Does everything you need and a good value price.

This product quality is what I expected. It seems simple enough to use and is nice and compact. No protruding rough edges to it. As I'm using it for home use and not industrial I can't comment on how it would be using it often and for long periods. Lovely product. Stores easily and holds alot.

This "cross cut paper shredder" is awesome as it dices up paper into small pieces like snow -flakes. Its shredded 4 pieces of A4 paper with ease and I'm confident it'll handle the recommended 6. It has a 13L basket with a transparent window to let you know when it's full. The control's are easy to understand, when shredding the motor noise isn't that loud and within tolerance and although the motor is slightly heavy, there is a convient handle to help with lowering onto the basket that folds down flat when in use. Overhaul, an outstanding shredder at an affordable price.

Great shredder does the job, easy to use and the handle makes movement a lot better than my last shredder.

Great little machine, I love the way it cross cuts into tiny pieces. Tried the maximum of 6 sheets of paper and it struggled, seems better at a maximum of 4 sheets, did not try a bank card. The automatic cut out when overheating is good as it can get hot quite quickly so be warned! Overall a great product for home use

I like this product, it works well and can take 5/6 sheets at a time and reduces it to a confetti which is much easier to get rid of. Would definitely recommend.

Item came well packaged to prevent breakage, and it works as described, and is very easy to plug and use. There is nothing wrong with the power plug also. I'm in Singapore and the power plug fits well. It not only shred the papers vertically into thin strips, but it also shreds them into short pieces horizontally. Very worth purchase.

I love this compact shredder that is a nice size and shreds nicely. No issues printing multiple sheets. The handle is useful when dumping because it eliminates dropping likenon the heavy top shredders that are easy do drop and unalign.

Great home and office machine quiet and work great! Did a pile of shredding like 3 big bags full 3-4 sheets at a time never heated up or quit I did give it rests.Highly recommend this shredder and bigger basket.

Trust me...don't do what I did! I was so happy to have a new shredder in the house to get rid of the mail building up that I jumped right in and started shredding like a mad woman! I almost ruined the shredder within the first hour. Stop! Take the time to open every piece of mail and take out the extra envelopers, flyers, etc. Throw out anything that doesn't have your personal info on it and only shred the stuff with personal info. This may take time if you have a large shred pile, but once you get a handle on it, it will go quickly. When you're finally ready to shred the personal documents, I would only do 2 sheets at a time, folded. I know it says 6 sheets only at at time, but if you try to shred that many, you may experience what I did, and that was a massive paper jam. Although not recommended, I had to pry the papers out of the blades with scissors and pliers. I thought my new shredder was a goner! Luckily I got it working again and decided to try again. This time, as mentioned above, I removed all the unnecessary papers from the stuff that really needed to be shredded. Since doing this, the shredder has worked like a charm and I haven't had any problems. This is a great shredder for the price, as it shreds a single document into hundreds of pieces of confetti. (This would also be great if you actually needed confetti...just shred some colored paper and you've got instant confetti) For the price and security of having all your personal info gone, you can't beat this shredder!
