Only Bands without poster or videos training QR..
First, received the backet open Second, there is one missing band Band Third, without any poster training as mentioned in description containing QR scanning for online videos.. Dissappointed..

Comfortable, great resistance bands!
These are great! They are wider, thicker, and tougher than traditional bands, and provide great resistance. I found out about these bands from Christina Dorner Fitness, and they are one of the best fitness purchases I've made in a long time (Thank you, Chris!). I like that they don't roll into a tight band that digs into you like traditional bands do, and yet they still don't take up much space so are great to take along on trips. Lots of uses for them. Highly recommend.
