Reliable Power When You Need It Most!
I purchased the PowerSmart 2500 Watt generator and couldn’t be happier. From the moment it arrived, setup was straightforward and easy to get it up and running. It’s compact yet powerful, perfect for home backup, camping, or powering tools in remote locations. The generator runs smoothly and quietly, and I was impressed by fuel efficiently. The build quality feels solid, and it started up effortlessly right out of the box. I’ve already used it during a brief power outage and it kept my essentials running without a hitch. Plus, the price point is unbeatable for the performance it delivers. Highly recommend this generator to anyone looking for dependable, portable power. Great value, great product!

Price was on point!
The Power Smart 3800 generator works great for camping, which is what I got it for and running my furnace during power outages. I only plan on using propane. Which was the biggest selling point. So I can only comment on the operation with propane. But I’m sure it works just as well with gas. It was easy to start. The noise level was low and on par with other generators at the beach camping. Very easy for one person to move around. Overall very happy with my purchase

Reasonably priced and sized as a backup power option - includes propane hose
Just received this generator a few days ago. I bought it as a backup in case of power failures so I can run a refrigerator, a few electronics, and recharge devices. I’ve put oil in it and started it on propane and it seems to work great. It is not too loud, can be moved relatively easily, and is a good size to run a few key items (though of course it won’t power a whole house). It does come with a propane hose and regulator; I’m mentioning that specifically because there is some inconsistency between what’s listed here and what’s in the manual. It also came with a small oil funnel and spark plug wrench.

PowerSmart Generator
Features are great. It has a meter to tell the wattage and hours. Love the dual fuel capability. When the propane tank runs out, it automatically switches to gas. Easy to start and put the oil in the engine. Came with oil funnel and propane regulator cable. Starts easily and is quiet when running on economy mode. Seems to be a terrific generator!

Good, inexpensive generator
This generator helped get us through the recent ice storm that passed through Tennessee. We lost power in the morning but were still able to have coffee, run the microwave, charge all our computers and phones, and even run a space heater. Not all at the same time, because I was careful not to go over the 25 or so amps I could get total out of the machine. It started up on the first pull after filling oil and gas in very cold weather and ran without a problem. It was a little louder than I thought it would be, but being on a wooden deck may have made it louder.

A must-have for tailgating and outdoor fun
This generator has become a must-have for our tailgates. It’s surprisingly quiet and runs about 6–8 hours on a gallon of gas, depending on how many things we have plugged in. You can really feel the durability in its weight—it’s solid without being too heavy and stores easily. We’ve taken it to several tailgating spots, and it’s held up well against weather and travel. It’s been an easy, reliable way to power lights, speakers, and small appliances while we’re out, and it’s definitely made our tailgating setup more convenient. For anyone looking for an affordable, portable generator that works well for outdoor events, this is a solid pick. It’s been a great upgrade for our family.

Great Generator - Quiet and Light Weight
I ordered this generator to use for boondocking with my camper. The instructions were clear about how to set the unit up. After getting it set up (oil and gas added), it fired right up. I plugged in two phone chargers and a circuit tester into the unit and it was working perfectly. I hope the long term longevity matches the initial quality. I was pleasantly surprised with the noise level of the unit as it is even quieter than I had hoped. In addition, the weight of this generator is plenty light enough to be able to move around with ease. Be aware that the oil does not come with the unit and that will have to be purchased separately before you set up and run this generator (oil type clearly communicated on the set up instructions).

Best Value in a mid-range Inverter Generator
This generator is a great deal. Small size and runs on propane or gasoline. I was able to get it set up and running very quickly. I have not run it on gas yet, but it runs great on propane, which I prefer to keep.the carburetor clean and minimize maintenance. It has a slightly lower power rating while running on propane, but that is true with any dual fuel generator. It runs much quieter than I expected. Once it has run initially, it has started on a single pull of the chord. So far I've used it to test output and under load it does very well. When running a small load such as amateur radios and two operate battery chargers, it is very efficient. The power output is very clean as well with almost no variation in voltage or amperage. I would recommend this generator to anyone looking for a good value and for reliable starting and operating. It is light enough to haul around when needed and quiet enough for outdoor needs where it can run without being annoyingly loud like my other generator tens to be. Just get one!

Well I got it and filled it with oil and gas, put the choke on and in one pull it started then turned the choke off and it ran fantastic. Put it in eco mode and the thing is super quiet in fact I think it's quieter than a Honda. Now just to test it under load for what I bought it for but so far so good
