I got this for above the work table in a garage workshop. The extra bright light is great for this purpose. I put mine (150W) on a 10ft ceiling and it is great but any more and it might actually even be too bright. I figured I would use it on my 14ft barn ceiling if it was too bright in the garage but it is great for working on the bench--just don't look at it! All parts (including chains, hooks, mounting clips, etc were included as advertised. Easy to install. Keep in mind that this is hard wired. You'll either need to wire it into an existing light circuit or add a plug at the end. We've only been using it a couple of weeks so I can't comment on the durability but it is definitely a huge step up in brightness from the "garage light" screw in replacement bulbs we have tried. Plus you can easily mount it on the ceiling above where you need light. Recommended.
