I haven’t tried it on a bat. It might knock it down if it is in close range. I don’t think it will kill it, only stun it.

Yes, it fits on the Shred-er perfectly. Just read the directions and loosen the screw. You don’t have to file anything down.

will this kill frogs?

No it will not. Why would you want to kill frogs? Frogs are harmless and kill flies. This gun is designed to kill insects at close range. Not frogs.
