Sugar. Lots of Sugar. 3 different kinds of sugar, in fact, and there's more of each of those than anything non-sugary in Swedish fish.The ingredients list is in the product images.

Are these gluten free?

Don't know, they got Red40 and Mineral Oil in it. My wife likes them...........me too.We are old and probably die anyway , with or without Gluten.

Is there an expiration date on the package?

No. But there certainly should be. They were old, and rather than chewy, they were crystallized. I threw away 3/4 of the bag. Don't waste your money.

What size are the Swedish Fish?

They are the original Swedish fish, so they are considered large size, about two inches I'd say.
