While they are a bit hard to work with due to their length they are very light though, they only require 3 supports each end and one in the center to be supported. The diffuser are a bit tight, which is good and the end pieces fit snug. I didn't use the strip adhesive backing and the diffuser held the strip in the channel. There is a plastic protective strip on the diffusers that can be removed. Didn't realize that until later. I would like to see the diffuser in clear so more light is visibile, but it still is very bright. Easy to cut and modify.
