Hi There, my inspection chamber has a circular opening of 470mm, so would this be suitable? and do we need to break the screed to make flush for tiles

The diameter of the opening in the cover is 450mm.The height from the lower edge of the square base part to the the top of the lip of the cover (and the recess tray) is 55mm.hope this helpsRay @ EEZY Plumbing

Hi, would this fit over a drain with a 30cm diameter? I gather the round part of the product has a 45cm diameter, so there would be a gap.

Hi my drain was a 47cm diameter modern plastic riser tube and it fitted over that okay. I’m guessing they make different sizes for different riser tube diameters. If yours is 30 then yes it would easily fit over the top but as you say it would have a gap all round. I suggest you try and find the correct size for your 30 cm riser and being smaller would probably be cheaper. Hope this helps.
