This bag was exactly what I’ve needed for years! I leave out for work early and get home after doing a variety of different activities. It was always a problem carrying everything I needed for the day comfortably, often requiring two bags. This bag is the perfect size for a large day bag, plus has the added benefit that it was classed as hand luggage on my recent flights. Expensive, but I would definitely recommend the investment.

Wonderful pack to use for longer international trips 3+ weeks

I recently bought the Cotopaxi Allpa 42L Travel Pack and I’m absolutely in love with it! The design is sleek and functional, offering tons of space for all my gear without feeling bulky. The main compartment is super spacious and organized, with separate sections for clothing, gear, and accessories. I especially love the accessibility of the top and side zippers, making it easy to grab anything I need without unpacking everything. The durability of the material is outstanding, and it handles all kinds of wear and tear from travel. The shoulder straps and hip belt are well-padded and comfortable, even when the bag is packed to the brim. I’ve also used it as a carry-on and found it fits perfectly in overhead compartments. If you’re looking for a high-quality, durable, and well-designed travel pack, the Cotopaxi Allpa 42L is a great investment. It’s perfect for weekend trips, longer travels, and outdoor adventures. was basically the perfect size for indefinite backpacking, 7 days worth laundry (male here), plus whatever else i ended up needing. other nice thing is since it has the interior compartment netting the bag does not need to be packed to the gills to prevent everything flopping around, you can basically half fill and it still carries nicely and doesn't turn awkward can also work as backcountry backpack, use rope to tie the tent bag on the outside bottom of the backpack, rope goes through bottom handle and loops around to outer tie down loops, or whatever they are, and with this I can fit the bear cannister inside the bag along with the rest of my stuff held up well including fully loaded sprinting to catch trains for several miles

After watching all the YouTube reviews and lots of research I bit the bullet and chose the Cotopaxi Alpa for my future of carry on only travels and I LOVE it. They got all the details right from multiple packing compartments, multiple access points an extra outer compartment and straps that can be all tucked in to carry like a suitcase/bag. It’s been to Scotland, Iceland and soon Greece all 3 week trips and I will never go back to dragging suitcases and waiting for checked bags. The 35L has fit every airline’s sizing allowances and fits under the seat or overhead no problem. Plus it comes with a waterproof cover as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to travel hassle free!
