Strong Sturdy Base
These are brilliant to fit together and make a solid base for your Lego models. Easy to carry around. Buy more sets and stick them together with the pins provided. Also, the holes and the space under the base can be used to thread wires through should you want to add lights to your model(s) - very sturdy indeed

Good quality.
Came in tidy boxes, good condition and a really good quality. They provided plenty of interlocking pins. Exactly what I was after and would use again.

Perfect for mosaic art!
I'm so excited to try out these base plates as they will be perfect for a project I am planning. These base plates are the same as the ones you get in Lego sets like The Great Wave, which is a pixel art type of set. I want to create my own mosaic art using these base plates and obtaining 1x1 round tiles in different shades to make up the design. There is a free online resource called Lego Art Remix which helps you to create your own designs and then lists which Lego items you need and how many. I would like to find a suitable photo of my pets to turn into Lego art! I've tried out these base plates with existing Lego tiles and they all fit together perfectly. The only slight issues I have is that a pack of 9 base plates would have been more useful for creating portraits, rather than 8 and when I ordered the pack they were priced at £16.99 but they have now gone up to £19.99 so they're not as good value for money as first thought and there is a bit of a breaking point where if you're going to spend a lot you might as well buy genuine Lego so the price has to be right for the compromise you're making.

Amazing
The quality is absolutely lovely. It’s the best Lego mock I’ve holded in my hands. Definitely worth its money.

Does the job nicely
This set of baseplates arrives in a easy to recycle cardboard box. Each plate is well made from ABS plastic with the same semi-gloss finish as "official" Lego. Something that accepts both "official" Lego and bricks that are Lego compatible. With both types of bricks the 'clutch power' of the plates seems to be on par with "official" Lego. Something that has a good reliable hold while still being easy to detach. Though the plates do differ from the usual traditional type of "flat" Lego baseplates in a major way. These are equivalent to a Lego 65803 Technic Plate, this is a base plate which is thicker than the usual type of flat plate. Something that is joined to other sized baseplates using Lego Technic 3673 pins (the ones without friction ridges). Fortunately this set includes some pins compatible with 3673 pins, so these bases can be joined together, either which this set or "official" products. The undersides of these bases are also different from traditional flat plates. As well as being as thick as a 2 pin brick, the middles have a 9x9 pin block. Which gives these an advantage over flat plates. These thicker baseplates will always lay flat without bending, plus they are able to take a lot of weight. Which makes them perfect as a base for buildings and with 8 in the pack, you would be able to make one seriously large building. In terms of value there's not a lot of difference between this set and the price of an "offical" Lego set of 65803 Plates 3673 pins. Taking delivery costs into account, only a few pounds. So the real question is do you want "Lego Lego" or do you want this set, a set that's easily just as good.

good value and worked well
Fit together very well, the interlocking plates are really useful to build structures with. You can use them in any direction you want, perfect for modular builds. Quality is good but not quite as perfect as the big brand, the plates all connected very well together though. Was compatible with the big brand brick system. For the price, it seems like good value for the number of plates and what you can do with them.

Warped and deformed...
Very poor quality, came twisted and deformed. When pinned together, could not attach a genuine LEGO plate across the joint as the warping had altered the stud spacing. I'll stick to the genuine Lego ones in future, I guess you get what you pay for.

Extendable grey base plates.
A pack of 8 extendable base plates. These plates fit correctly with LEGO compatible building bricks. The plates are all uniformly dully grey in colour. The plates are relatively expensive, but the advantage of being able to connect them horizontally in a variety of ways makes them worth paying extra for.
